Our meditation meeting this coming month will be on Sunday, April 7th. The session is scheduled to run from 9am – 10:30am EST | 6:30pm – 8pm IST.

We’ll plan to start with a short chanting session, followed by meditation and a Dhamma talk. We finish with a Q & A / group chat about how practice has been going over the last month.

To create a sense of community and preserve the privacy of participants, these sessions are not recorded. Participants are also encouraged to leave their cameras on. Meditators welcome.
