
We’ll be holding meditation sessions on the first Monday of every month from 7:00 – 8:30 p.m. Sydney time.
Each session begins with a short chant, followed by meditation, a Dhamma talk, and a Q &A.
To foster a sense of community and protect participants’ privacy, these sessions are not recorded. Participants are encouraged to leave their cameras on. Meditators are welcome.
We’ll be meeting via Zoom.
