
We’ll be holding meditation sessions on the first Sunday of every month. The sessions are scheduled to run from 9am – 10:30am EST.
We’ll be meeting via. ZOOM:
We’ll plan to start with meditation and a Dhamma talk followed by a Q & A.
To create a sense of community and preserve the privacy of participants, these sessions are not recorded. Participants are also encouraged to leave their cameras on. Meditators welcome.
